I built this truck starting with an all steel original cab, front clip and rear fenders, I built a new rear bed and used the original rear fenders. I mounted the cab on a custom 2 x 4 Chassis from Auto Weld with their featherlite independent front suspension. The power plant is a 540 ci big block chevy, built by Scott Schafferof Racing. topped with a 871 super charger. The engine puts out around 1000 horse power. The engine is backed by a lakewood bell housing and a Ram clutch set up with a Tremek 600 5-speed. Willwood disc brakes are at all four courners and stainless brake lines. It has a complete, polished flaming river steering system. Magna fuel 500 fuel pump and 4 port regulator, all braided stainless fuel lines deliver the fuel. to the twin 850 Holly Carbs. Fab 9 Rear end with Moser aluminum bolt through housing and 4:30 gears and a detroit locker, Moser 35 spline axles, Crager Drag Star 15x14 wheels in the rear and E/T 15 x 4 wheels up front.
